The Falls Resort at Manuel Antonio is Costa Rica´s first Legacy Resort.  The resort operates as a traditional luxury boutique resort with the added benefit of allowing a certain few folks to purchase interest in the resort, offering for all of the benefits of ownership (including potential income, potential equity growth, business value growth, and of course being able to use the resort) without the concerns of management, the liabilities of debt, and the expensive management that most companies charge.  Interest has been great and we are honored that others already appreciate the great opportunity.

With that being said, our mission is to create an exceptional resort where guests feel like family,   adventures are launched, and memories are made.  The rest should fall in place.

The owners and managers of the property searched dozens of cities and looked at hundreds of properties over more than three years to find the perfect boutique hotel in which to launch our new investment model.  As Investment Advisors, professional traders, developers, and entrepreneurs who are driven by strong risk adjusted returns, we knew that our clients needed additional diversification into areas with the potential for strong long term returns, but with inherently more safety than the stock market. 

Global population dynamics clearly tell us that the number of people retiring and purchasing second homes is going to grow exponentially in the next two decades.  Additionally, while the countries of Central America and South America are seeing tremendous economic growth from the long term bull market in commodities, Americans are wanting more options within short travel distances from the States. Tens of thousands of these investors are coming to ¨the Switzerland of the Americas¨, Costa Rica, because of its stable government, excellent healthcare, and spectacular beauty. 

We believe that this area is destined for tremendous growth in the coming ten to twenty years enough that we intend to be the largest investors in each and every project. 

Sometimes when you start a new project or buy a new car, you get ´buyers regret´, but the opposite has happened since we opened in Manuel Antonio.  Our family continues to be overwhelmed by the kindness of the Costa Rican people and our expectations for almost everything have been exceeded.  Small changes in the hotel have already led to dramatic increases in occupancy and consequently revenues. 

We are already working to create a new foundation that would allow hotels and other businesses to band together in pushing significant funds on a regular basis into projects that strengthen local communities, the people, the flora and the fauna.
